Why choose Fortress One?
We are passionate about sustainable building repair and use wood for timber repairs from merchants based here in Scotland. The raw material to be used in your property is from a sustainably managed forest, making this the ultimate carbon-friendly green investment by extending the useful life of your property for the next generation. Green architecture seeks to reduce waste of energy, water, and materials used during construction.
We have many 5 star reviews and our business has grown from word of mouth recommendations and we have saved previous clients thousands of pounds by carrying out an independent inspection on their property.
We purchased a flat that had a survey for damp proofing work attached to the home report. I contacted Fortress One for a second opinion. Brian arrived early and after completing his inspection work he then emailed a detailed report on the problem (condensation-not rising damp as the initial survey stated) advising the best remedy, saving us a lot of money. Very honest, punctual and reliable service. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Brian and Fortress One in the future should we have to.
